"Study the past if you would define the future."

Our Philosophy

Science and technology are forward-looking. Researchers and inventors focus on technical tasks at hand, and businesses are preoccupied with costs, revenues, and earnings, amid constant streams of competitive and operational challenges. There is little time for reflection. In a world characterized by accelerating change, it is easy to neglect a most important asset—the past.

Heritage has value. It represents lessons learned, experience acquired, and perspective gained. These are the hallmarks of successful careers and worthwhile enterprise, and they are captured, brought into focus, and shared in stories.

Storytelling is essential to civilization. People tell stories to pass on personal knowledge and wisdom, celebrate achievements, preserve collective memories, and affirm communal values. To make sense of experience, we must reflect on the past. Storytelling is not simply remembering. It is also a tool for understanding the present and shaping the future in every walk of life, science and industry included.

Whenever progress occurs in human affairs, there comes a time to tell the story. Your success was hard earned. Your story is an asset. TechHistoryWorks will help you tell it.

"Without memory, there is no culture. Without memory, there would be no civilization, no society, no future."
